      Zannusi Tumble Drier
      My drier broke, I dismantled it and found I needed a belt and front felt seal. I tried to order both from espares but one item was out of stock. So I tried zannusi, they had the out of stock item but not the other. I order the item that they had and went back to espares and order the other bit. This was only a few minutes but the part that had been out of stock was back in stock. Sod's Law. Anyway, good prices and excellent delivery and service. An efficient and easy to use website as well.

      Dishwasher Repair

      Freezer top drawer
      The top drawer in our Whirlpool freezer was badly cracked and required replacement. The e-spares website described the drawer as a "middle" drawer and no top drawer was specified, however when I checked the unit, the middle and top drawers were identical. I ordered from e-spares and the drawer was very quickly despatched and delivered.

      Wrong replacement filters for cooker
      I wanted replacement filters for my cooker hood. I started to enter the product i/d for the hood onto the eSpares website and eSpares immediately completed it correctly so I assumed they knew what they were doing. The filters they offered looked a bit different from what I expected, but assumed that they knew what they were doing. Only they didn't and the "replacements" were useless. At lease eSpares then refunded in full, including paying return postage.

      Ordered a new freezing compartment door…
      Ordered a new freezing compartment door for our 15 year old Beko freezer (still going strong in our garage!), it was in stock and delivered the next day. We have a habit of shutting the outer door on the drop down plastic door so this was the third time we have used espares for this part. Efficient service each time.
