Based on the video I was expecting a replacement o-ring and valve to come with this item but there wasn't any. Should I have received these too?

Hi Marple, sorry for any confusion caused; the o-ring and valve don't come with this inlet connection. I understand that the video makes that slightly ambiguous, so I've added a note to it above. To find the o-ring you're after for the KB302, look here: http://www.espares.co.uk/parts/pressure-washers/karcher/kb302/p/1315/877/0/507567?k=gasket Additionally, you can find all the valves listed for the KB302 here: http://www.espares.co.uk/parts/pressure-washers/karcher/kb302/p/1315/877/0/507567?k=valve Thanks, and once again sorry for any confusion.

This elbow connection is made up in two parts the part into the machine is fine but the part to the hose is cracked. The one i have appears to be different to that of your web site. It has a female connection to two other elbow and a male connection to the hose. Approx 9.5cm long

In order to confirm the correct part, you will need to find the model and chassis numbers from your appliance. This can be found at: http://www.espares.co.uk/findingmodelnumbers.aspx
