AFTER A SHORT TIME OF FREEZER WORKING PROPERLY IT CUTS OUT BUT NOT FREEZING TO CORRECT TEMPERATURE AND WE HAVE CLEARED PIPES OF ICE AND TRIED IT ON FASTFREEZE WILL I NEED A DEFROST CUT OUT TO RECTIFY THE PROBLEM THANK YOU 1 Answer

If you have defrosted for 48 hours with the door open to ensure all ice has cleared and the machine does not freeze to the correct or lower temperature even on supper freeze. You may have a system fault and require an engineer to resolve it.
