    Hi Bonsallbrook, it could be either the pin, the nut or the screw in the fixing mechanism that is causing it to fall out. Have a check and look closely at all components to detect faults. Once you've done that, come back to me with the model number of your lawnmower and I'll find the part you're after.   • no it won't - bought a new set for mine and the stupid things still fall out mid mow! Went back to the old ones and put a cable tie through the holes in the machine and the handle - then put the pins back in - not dropped out again - two seasons worth of mowing By pipla - Somerset - 16 July 2009

must say ..it is the flimsiest piece of plastic I have bought ...but will try to replace pins rather than buy a new mower if I can ..then save up for a decent one of a different make
