This independent digital thermometer allows you to monitor fridge or freezer temperature to avoid running your appliance too warm or too cold which can waste electricity and cause food to spoil.
Your fridge should be kept at between 3°C (37°F) and 5°C (40°F). The ideal freezer temperature is -18°C (0°F)

The most likely cause of this problem is a build up of ice in a frost free fridge freezer stopping air from being passed from the evaporator around the fridge. Defrost the appliance for 48 hours then remove the evaporator cover. Under the cover you will find the evaporator with its heater, check and replace the heater if required.

Hi NETRA, I'm afraid this thermometer doesn't have a log feature - I've not come across one that does in my travels.
