Oven Overheat Protection Thermostat
This Klixon thermostat is designed to protect the components of your oven that are outside the oven cavity from overheating. It will turn on the cooling fan when the temperature outside the oven cavity reaches 110°C.

THE OVEN FAN ELEMENT GLOWS RED EVEN WITH THE COOKER SWITCH OFF. HAVE TO SHUT DOWN OVEN FROM THE MAINS. COULD IT BE THIS THERMOSTAT?
