My DSC85W isn't heating up and has an open circuit thermostat on the back. The old thermostat is an ELTH type 279. "T175" is also written on the back & "35-13 / 3123" on the side. Is this the equivalent thermostat? It looks a bit different.

The thermostats on the heater comes with the heater and are not supplied separately.
I have replaced the heater unit but the air inside the drum is only slightly warm - therefore the heater unit is working......? 0 Answers
There can't be much else to go wrong so I am thinking it could be the thermostat - what do you think?
