Main Oven Fan Motor Assembly

If you find that the hot air is not being distributed correctly within your fan oven, it could be due to a faulty fan. If this is the case, eSpares could have just what you need to get your oven functioning correctly again.

This replacement fan could soon be fitted, to help ensure that the air is being circulated correctly - helping to make your food being cooked correctly. With the help of eSpares, and our replacement fan oven motor, you will soon be back to a fully working oven - so you can get back to creating your tasty dishes at mealtime again soon!

Please Note: The original Plaset type motor has been replaced by a Fime type motor (see new specification below)

    Take the fan blade off and turn the fan motor shaft to test the movement, it should be free to turn and if not it is likely the bearings inside are causing it too run slow.

    It is likely to be the fan bearing causing it to run slow so test the fan.

Fan turns slowly and sometimes stops the element has just tripped fuse and now does not heat up. It's a indesit ID60C2 S do you think it's a fan problem or element. Thanks

    The fan is failing and may now have damaged the element so both may be needed.
