Please can u tell me what is wrong with my fridgefrezzer model number is hca390ffk hoover.my frezzer is fine but the fridge is icing up,any ideas please.

    This sensor is likely to have been foamed into the insulation behind the wet wall during manufacture and it may not be possible to replace this.

compresser is not cutting out and even though I have turned it right down fridge is freezing everything. would replacing the fridge thermostat probe solve the problem

I'm having a problem with my HCA390FFK continuously running until the freezer is frosted up, then defrosting itself, then running again until it's frosted up. Is this thermostat probe the one I can see going in to the back of the freezer?
