    Did the job.

The spring on the dishwasher detergent dispenser had failed, so I was pleased to find that eSpares stocked a replacement. The video on how to get to the spring was very handy. The only down side was that I had to buy the tripping device as well, which I didn't need, otherwise it would have been 5/5 for value.

Excellent prompt service. The item arrived ahead of the date initially given. YouTube video made the fitting very simple.

Quick fix for Bosch dishwasher dispenser

The spring snapped on the dispenser drawer of our Bosch dishwasher and, because of its age, I was unsure whether the part would be available. Found it within a couple of minutes on eSpares website, which was great. It was Sunday but found I could still get it next day with Express delivery, which was worth paying for on this occasion. Good tracking info received from courier and parcel arrived on time, but just as I was leaving for a few days business trip. No problem as grown-up daughter fitted part after viewing eSpares video on-line. She told me it was a quick and easy job. Good service all round from eSpares and daughter.

Water not being let into dishwasher, could this be a float switch on the inlet reservoir? I have seen video on you tube. If so what price and can you supply?

If the power is definately at the switch but no lights on the board the problem is likely to be the board. For information on this problem see our diagnosis video http://www.espares.co.uk/advice/3/1985/how-to-diagnose-control-and-programme-issues-with-a-dishw
