how do you undo special screws holding element in as not normal fixings, specialist screws!? 1 Answer
the element has a flat screw type head but it has 2 pin like holes to undo it with so the element can come out, HOW DO YOU UNDO THESE PLEASE!!???

Normally you can use a regular screwdriver, so for this problem I would suggest calling your manufacturer about it.
