    You would need to gain access to the underside of the dishwasher but it can be replaced, we do not currently have a video on this replacement but keep watching our channel for new videos.

the top rack does not clean well buth the bottom one does

    Check the spray arm jet holes are not restricted, the filters are clear and the spray arms rotate freely.

    Our video is a guide and a faulty element will usually be significantly higher or lower than the quoted values. The heater may be shorting to earth when powered. Try disconnecting and insulating the connectors to run a test. If the washer then starts to wash and can be turned to drain then it is likely your heater is faulty.
