Universal Permanent Round Wall Tumble Dryer Vent Kit

This vent kit is easy to fit and works with most tumble dryers except gas dryers. If your house is built of stone or is cement rendered a core drill is required for installation.

Kit includes:

  • 1 x Hose End 100mm to 80mm (4" to3")
  • 1 x Flange
  • 1 x Screw Packet containing 3 Nylon Studs, 8 screws 8 raw plugs all in a resalable bag
  • 1 x Round Gasket
  • 1 x 100mm x 1 mtr PVC flexible hose
  • 1 x Threaded Hose Connector
  • 1 x Round Wall Plate
  • 1 x Telescopic Tube 175mm-350mm
  • 1 x Gravity Wall Outlet.
  • Suitable for: Universal

Please note: this kit is not suitable for gas tumble dryers.

    The core drill you are looking at should be the correct size for the wall vent.

    If your dryer on its exhaust outlet has a plastic connector with a screw thread on its inside to take the four inch/100 mm hose (we think it has). then yes this is all you may need.

    It is likely that you will need the adaptor ring as well as this kit unless you already have a hose attached to your machine.

    This is a 'universal kit, that is suitable for many appliances that use a 100mm duct. Your hood if it has a connecting spigot can couple onto it directly, If not it would have to be adapted to connect.

To elaborate: I wish to vent the dryer through a brick wall. I want the dryer to sit under a work surface and front flush with other units, the dryer's venting outlet would thus be very close to the wall, I'd want to create the hole it the wall directly aligned to the dryer's vent and then semi-permanently install the dryer almost "plugged-in" to the kit's internal apature
