Clean the burner with a soft brush to ensure a good flame by the electrode and clean the spark electrode. If this does not resolve the problem replace the electrode.
My oven lights but stays on a low flame no matter what no you set the oven temperature to.

The problem is likely to be the thermocouple. eSpares sells a wide range of products to both consumers & trade customers.
