    Does What It Says on the Tin 11 April 2013

    Not sure it is entirely accurate as I used it to test chicken. When I double checked with another device the measurements between the two were different. As long as you dont depend on it 100% it is plenty good enough.

Mis-sold item and I can't get a refund
I purchased a product that was advertised as in stock with a next day delivery service. This was false information. After I had paid and the delivery date had elapsed I had to contact the company who informed me that the items was not in stock and they could not offer next day delivery. I asked for a refund for the item and the delivery. and their response was "Although we will try our best to get the order cancelled there is a small chance it may still get dispatched, in which case we will provide a pre-paid label so you can send the item back to us free of charge." I am still chasing my refund.

Slightly disappointed
The fridge bottle shelf I'd ordered came very quickly but, when it arrived, I found a dark "scuff" mark on the front. I didn't have time to send it back and get a replacement so had to install it immediately and hope that the mark would come out later with a bit of Jif or similar. Disappointed, as I feel that whoever despatched it should have noticed the mark and sent me a different one.

Ordered a shelf to go in my fridge/freezer, as only 2 supplied in the fridge section....found it a bit expensive and had to pay delivery charges too..Not the best website to get around...but once on the right page...easy to order...and fast delivery...shelf matches other ones and fits perfect...

Hundreds of pounds saved!
The element had gone on my 15 year old cooker and I anticipated having to pay hundreds to buy a new one. However my lovely neighbour said if I got a new element from eSpares he would fit it.
