      Smooth processes throughout
      Ordered a replacement turntable drive for my microwave. Arrived quickly but didn't fit...because I had ordered the wrong one! Ordered another, the right one this time, and requested a return and refund. Very simple process which was free. New part arrived very quickly too and it fitted a treat.       The remote control arrived in time but…
      The remote control arrived in time but not all the functions work. I was hoping it would be getting better but not. I can switch the TV with the new remote and need to use the old one for volume & other functions. By the time I tried to return it, it was over the time limit. I have use eSpare before without problem and was always satisfied but not this time.

      Very happy with eSpares because although item I ordered did not fit my requirement, when i requested a return label and was willing to pay the postage I was told not to bother to send item back as that would be uneconomical for them. A charity shop will benefit!
