Pressure Washer Cylinder Head
If your Karcher isn't reaching high water pressure, and you've noticed the trigger is "pulsing" this could mean you need to replace the cylinder head. The valves in the cylinder head can become blocked and clogged, reducing the tension needed to be able to use the pressure washer to its full potential.

I have taken the unit apart and I cannot see any leaks but the area where the bearing and valves are housed looks like it has been contaminated by water. I say this as the grease/oil was like a horrid brown in colour. Could this be caused by the cylinder head, or is it something else?

Seeing that the original one split after a year and Karcher never picked up my appliance after giving me 3 dates in which they said they would, being under Guarantee. I feel very lucky in locating this part from espares to be able to fit in my own time.
