Delivery was disappointing
Delivery was disappointing. T&C's says 2 to 4 working days. On day four I had an on-line conversation with e-spares. I was told delivery would be 5 to7 working days and there was no tracking available to confirm delivery day. I was able to find a local supplier and collect immediately.

Why Can't Other Companies Be This Customer-Focused?
Never thought I'd write a review for a product I didn't eventually get, but the company still impressed me so much I thought I should. I ordered a spare part for my Flymo that was out of stock, but I was given an acceptable delivery date. eSpare's supplier let them down and they couldn't confirm a new date with me because of the supplier, so I had to cancel and get reimbursed. They made it so easy, and were very helpful, polite and apologetic (even though it wasn't their fault). Why can't other companies be like this?

Web Site needs work
Nothing wrong with the service but I did have difficulties with the web site. I ordered one unit for a repair and when I stripped the job down I found I needed two units. I tried to get back into my orders to cancel the one unit and then order 2. Eventually I had to give up and make a second order for another unit and pay for another delivery.
