      Will not recommend customers service is so bad that is unacceptable in every level
      Took a long time to respond. Each time of email corresponded. A new reference number given. Confusing responded. This went on for a few months which as a resulted receiving three damaged cutleries basket. Till the end. All three items were sent back and then to delay matters further. An email back to customer saying only two were returned. Had to send a photo of evidence that all the damaged goods were returned. So disorganised department and still harassed me that I had to produce photo evidence to show that each box labelled 1 unit in one box another 2 units in another box which were all taped together meaning who ever opened the box would have known there are 3 items returned. The whole three months of grief caused more on my time and it simply just no thoughts about wasting my time and so many emails that are so unnecessary when the packing department should have seen the broken pieces of broken plastic in the sealed bag and persist on sending to customers. After 3 months now and still have not process my refund.
