      Good service, I requested help in identifying the part I needed & got help promptly. Also, the You Tube video they sent showing how to fit the part was very useful. The post was a bit slow but that was likely Royal Mail. But well worth 5 stars.

      Product did not work
      I ordered two drive belts for my vacuum cleaner. When I fitted one, it immediately broke. The second belt broke after 5 minutes. It seems the belts were generic, not specific to my model. I tried to contact e-spares but got no feedback. Disappointed. Wasted my money.

      Speedy delivery for element but wrapped in bubble wrapping which was all popped giving no protection to fragile item. Was in very large box so was rattling about inside. Thankfully element was delivered intact.
