If the valve has weakened it can let water pass through when it is off and would need to be replaced.
Is the main solenoid 240V and the 2 secondaries 120V, or are they all 240V?

Unless listed specifically for a 120 volt machine all of our parts are for appliances used on a 220 to 240 volt supply.
