      Ordering was fine. Ordered two of the same vacuum bags but two different ones arrived. Had quite a bit of trouble trying to get the team to understand what I needed and what I needed to return. Eventually sorted.

      Extremely disappointed
      The functionality of the website is extremely poor when combined with the very slow response times of customer services. I made an error when ordering 2 items and realised immediately. So I tried to adjust the order and wasn't able to. Tried to cancel the order and wasn't able to. I then tried to call but no contact number. The chat function did not work so I emailed customer services, By the time they responded it was too late to cancel the order, I was then told by customer services that if I reordered on a next day delivery that the delivery cost would be cancelled and it wasnt. I have therefore been forced to reorder which is all down to poor functionality. The previous system was so much better.

      Heating element for my Beko frost free freezer.
      Contacted espares searching for a heating element for my beko frost free freezer. After sending model number/serial number/product code plus informing them the freezer was made in turkey too beko spec. I received a stock picture of a heating element that even a first glance was the wrong one. I resent my model number/serial number along with a photo of the heating element I required . In reply I got the same stock photo as before along with they are unable to except pictures sent of the part required. ??
