The video on your website refers to replacing the hinge not the cord and spring

We do not have a specific video showing how to replace the cords but the video on the website does show how to access the hinge and the cords usually pull off from the hinge.
The door on my Neff integrated dishwasher now drops quickly so I have to support it fully when opening otherwise it would fall open - can you confirm what part I require to fix this issue please? It still functions fine otherwise but I'm concerned about the stress on the hinges when it is open and I am loading it.

Excellent quality and east to fit. 11 January 2022
These are the genuine Bosch/Siemens dishwasher door springs and cords. But they are better than those that came fitted with the machine. It seems the design has been improved. A doddle to fit too ( instructions are included ) and they work a treat. Espares also price matched, no quibble.
