    Toner should be vacuum'd out from a carpet as water or liquids can set it into the fibres. As toner is a powder made from plastics and carbon once the powder is vacuum'd you could try rubbing alcohol or dry cleaning fluid to remove any residue left.

Guest spilt make up on white seersucker duvet cover. Unfortunately the mark had dried. Have tried two different Vanish products and also Astonish but although paler the mark is still there.

    You may have 'set' the stain into the cloth and may not be able to remove it. This kit would be a good product to try to remove the stain.

My dog dragged a white cushion over the black rubber seal of a uPVC patio door, leaving a large black smear. Is there a Stain devil to remove this?

    Try using WD40 (Stock Number: ES1526164) this often helps soften the rubber and help it lift off as it can no longer stick.
