This product is only for on Iron's and is safe for use on all metal, Teflon® and Silverstone® coated soleplates, it would not be suitable for glass.

It is listed as suitable for coated sole plates but we would recommend contacting the irons manufacturer if in doubt.

Any plate material can eventually be polished through. It is therefore a balance between damage to clothing from a sole plate with burnt deposits and the possibility of the coating wearing through prematurely. We would suggest use carefully.
