      Espares have tried hard to solve the issue.
      Espares have tried hard to solve the problem. Unfortunately we haven’t managed to get the part we need but I can appreciate it’s not always easy . Espares lack of ability to speak to a person makes things very slow. However I would recommend them for parts .

      Neff oven parts…
      Having used E spares in the past I did not hesitate in contacting them when I needed parts for my old oven. Unfortunately I didn’t have a model number which proved difficult at first but after a few google searches I managed to find my hand book for my oven with part numbers. Everything I ordered turned up within a day and I managed to fit it all and get the appliance working again. There are go to videos of that are very helpful and you can email and ask for assistance if need be. Would definitely recommend spares if your looking for parts

      Customer services seem not to correspond with the warehouse
      After a long delay and no response, I was offered a refund or replacement as parcel had been lost in transit. I chose a replacement and was told it would arrive in a few days, I was then informed that it was out of stock and wouldn't arrive for at least 4 months. Customer services seem not to correspond with the warehouse; I suspect the part is not available at all as it was for a very old Magimix.
