Hi, this is my 2nd Nilfisk washer with the same problem on both. When using the patio cleaner, the lance blows apart at the small adapter. It is the push on connector with the blue spring push in where it parts. The retailer of my original one supplied me with replacements, to no avail. Now this one is doing the same. Is this a design fault? Or is there a fix for it? Thanks, Peter.

We do not have any parts listed for pressure washers supplied by the RAC but believe these machines to be supplied in most cases by Karcher. All Karcher domestic machines have interchangeable accessories and we would suggest you check out the Karcher spares to see if there is a similar unit. We will of course refund (subject to our conditions) any part that is not suitable for your machine.
