      No confirmation emails sent for order , though it did arrive within date expected. No phone number for contact and could not even online chat “unexpected volume of chat requests” Not good enough. If there was a problem with emails they could have put a notice on the website.

      Great website, great service
      Thanks to their how to videos and great website guiding you to the correct part I was able to repair an american style fridge freezer, saved me a packet. Only comment I would make but not a negative in anyway is there colleagues aren't technical but they were very open about that so still 5 stars from me. The part arrived very early the next day so in under 24 hours the appliance was back up and running.
