Ive just fitted the replacement grill element. Should it be heated with the oven empty to burn off any residuals, or can it just be used straight away with food? 1 Answer

It is recommended to put it on full before the first use.
NO internal light on either.

May not be connected but test the switch and element and check the bulb separately.
i have recently purchased a replacement grill for my beko oven and i cannot remove the two screws inside the oven, even if i can they will not be able to be used again. do you have any advice ? 1 Answer

Hi Dave, try heating the oven slightly, that may loosen the screws and use a pair of grips. we also sell WD40 to help loosen the screws
