The chain was not correct for my chainsaw(2 links too long) but I had fitted it and tried it for a couple of seconds. Thought that I could not therefore return it and wrote a review criticising the chain. However I did unexpectedly get a response from espares sayning that they would refund my money upon retuning the chain...and they did!!! Thanks espares
