we recently found that the freezer and fridge departments stopped working ,the foods have now been disposed of . we no its getting power because the door light are on but its not 'freezing up ! please can you help or advise Kind regards Tony james

every thing else works only the flap won't open

You have not given a model number, we think this is the ice chute flap solenoid. The fridge duct baffle is usually operated by a geared motor. Try defrosting the freezer first as it may have just iced up.
