Just bought replacement meile soap dispenser - but how do i take off the face of the old dispenser so i can transfer it to the new? Thanks 2 Answers
- Thanks to T Goddard who answered this above: There is a concealed face plate that reveals a screw to secure the new unit and remove the old. You just need to take that off and then its easy.

Hi, I've had to replace the detergent drawer of my Miele washing machine. What type of screwdriver do you use to detach the front panel from the old detergent drawer? None of my screwdrivers seem to work. Thanks!

We believe a small flat-headed screwdriver applied at the correct angle should release the front.
The dispenser for my W5748 comes right out of the housing when you pull it out, so something putting a stop on it is evidently broken. Will replacing the dispenser correct this or not? 1 Answer
Should I be getting in a maintenance engineer instead of just buying a spare?

The orange part shown on the image has 'claws' to prevent the drawer pulling out unless it is pressed.
