        A good value replacement part. 13 February 2018

        A good value replacement for an old belt which had started to split and cause excess vibration. Fitting was easy with top and rear panel removed but required adjustment of motor pulley. Belt needs to be quite tight but no details as to how to check except past experience.

      Dyson DC14 Clutch
      I needed a replacement clutch for my Dysn DC14. Espares had the part in stock which was shipped and arrived very quickly. On the espares website there was a video showing how to carry out the replacement which I found useful. I found the website easy to navigate and establish that I had selected the correct part for my model. My Dyson is now back in service. Thanks you espares.

      Wrong part ordered by espares
      Sadly the sales guys ordered the wrong part which had a delivery time of 2 months. When I finally received this I immediately contacted customer service to complain. The correct part was in stock all along. However Live Chat sorted it quickly and I was happy how speedily the right bit was dispatched and received.

      This is the 3rd fridge/freezer door…
      This is the 3rd fridge/freezer door your company has supplied. Unfortunately due to my age I was unable to fit the new door myself & hadto ask my cleaner to do this for me. The door was not easily fitted & she had to cut a projection off before it would fit the space. And therefore difficult. I ordered the door using the CDA number printed on the side of the appliance. In effect I could have bought a new under countertop fridge to replace it. The cost of electricity is high which persuaded me to purchase the door immediately.
