We believe the direct heat from the grill element may damage or deteriorate these oven guards.

These shelf edge covers are designed to provide protection on the middle and do not extend across the whole shelve. They are approximately 40cm long and could be cut with scissors to be used on a narrower oven rack.
Can they be used on a fan/grill/microwave combination oven without melting when the microwave is being used? 1 Answer

These guards should be fine on convection and microwave use but may be damaged by direct heat on the grill function.
