Great service
Easy to find the right part using the option they have to search your equipment model. Delivery was quick but unfortunately the box was damaged meaning the part was damaged however, the customer service department rectified this quickly. Would be helpful to have a telephone number to be able to speak to somebody direct as none of the options on the contact us section really matched what I needed sorting. This wouldn't stop me using them again though.

Good experience - washing machine circuit board replacement
Needed a new circuit board to get my washing machine working. Easy to order part and delivery in time scale The pcb being fairly delicate was well packaged, so no damage on delivery. Very pleased with service and website. Website also has some helpful videos with guides on how to fit the part.

How you can supply a Quick Release…
How you can supply a Quick Release Motor Head for a Dyson V8 Absolute in place of the main Roller Brush Head which was the item required takes some understanding. Then to promise return labels in tge post which never arrived is another let down. Then where was the QR code which never arrived which cost me £7.15 postage to return the incorrect item to you. As I said in my letter to you, this has put me off ordering anything on line in the future and certainly not from eSpares
