    Unnecessary purchase 15 October 2012

Following the advice on the espares web site I purchased the switch, which arrived promptly. Although the connection layout was different I had taken a note of where the wires went. It worked perfectly once and then the old problem of not filling returned. So I embarked on removing and cleaning some of the more inaccessible tubes, especially the one to the inlet valve, the dish washer is now working perfectly. Moral of the story: keep your dishwasher clean.

Hi chris, it sounds like perhaps this switch or another valve isn't working properly, and isn't automatically tripping/turning on when it should - hence why you have to do it manually. I'd say this switch is the most likely cause of the problem, but couldn't guarantee it without looking at the machine.
