it does not matter which way round the two electrical connectors are fitted as the motor will still turn in the correct direction.
It is a Diplomat AYH4401

The fan motor has an earth connection to the metal work and two other connectors. it does not matter if the two other connectors are reversed the motor still will turn in the correct direction.
