      Universal Oven door seal
      I have only given 3* because the ordering, communicating and delivery was good but the universal oven door seal does not fit despite saying it was for my model. It wasn’t until we cut it and fixed it that we found the oven door didn’t shut as the seal was too thick.

      Wrong address, non-delivery,..
      First sent thd order to the wrong address. Got a refund, told to reorder. Did so. Only one of two pieces arrived; second item "out if stock, will be delivered 5th August". Today's the 10th... no sign of it, and no message to explain why. Pretty fed up, eSpares used to be much better than this.

      Usually very good, but this time ordered and paid for the goods only to be told it would take weeks for the item to be in stock. If I had known at the start would have saved them and me a lot of time. However cancellation and refund was easy.

      Excellent service delivery and items were in stock. I required two filters for a Dyson DC07 hepa model up right cleaner. The items in stock and delivered I selected only the genuine parts. The Dyson now working like a new machine, suction now excellent.
