I have replaced the dispenser tray top (purchased from yourself) but the problem is still there. What would suggest i do now?

My Bosch Exxcel 8 WAQ28416/12 is not taking any water while washing and giving error E29. But it will work on drain &spin function.Also while machine is not connected water is leaking through the door rim and filling the drum so i have dissconected water supply to stop it. Is it the valve or something else.

We believe E29 Refers to a timeout code whilst filling, check for any blockages in the pressure hose before suspecting anything else.
