Test the heating element as that is the most likely to trip the electrics.

If the oven is getting too hot the first thing to check is the oven thermostat, check if it is cycling when it has reached the correct temperature so the light on the front goes out to indicate it has reached temp before suspecting anything else.

Answer this question

When you turn it to the different functions it will sometimes not turn on at all, at other times it will show up a different function for what it should at that selection. The oven also often resets its temperature back to 160degC without warning. We have replaced the RHS PCB and this fixed the display issues we were having and we were hoping that would fix the indicator issues we are still having but it hasn't. What do you think needs replacing next?

Before suspecting the other PCB check the supply connections for any signs of burning or loose wires as this could also reset the machine. If the connections are OK the next part to suspect would be the other PCB.
