        Great part - expensive 23 October 2018

        A good genuine part for my 10 year old cleaner, I hope the cleaner lasts now I have invested in new wheels. Fits all wheels!

        Vacuum cleaner front castor 06 May 2014

        Though the description says front castor, this is misleading. It is also on the Bosch BSG7 series the back castors. As 2 wheels went on my vac I was busy looking for replacements. Saw these and realised they would also fit the back and ordered them. They arrived fairly quickly, were very easy to put on, and are in fact better quality than the originals that came with the vac, so hopefully shouldn't break quite so easily.

      If it is the correct part, guidance on how to remove old part and fit new would be appreciated

        This castor is held in place with two 'hooks' that locate on its axle and lock in position. To remove slide a flat blade like a paint scraper between the castor and its body and carefully prise off.

      Smooth processes throughout
      Ordered a replacement turntable drive for my microwave. Arrived quickly but didn't fit...because I had ordered the wrong one! Ordered another, the right one this time, and requested a return and refund. Very simple process which was free. New part arrived very quickly too and it fitted a treat.       The remote control arrived in time but…
      The remote control arrived in time but not all the functions work. I was hoping it would be getting better but not. I can switch the TV with the new remote and need to use the old one for volume & other functions. By the time I tried to return it, it was over the time limit. I have use eSpare before without problem and was always satisfied but not this time.

      Very happy with eSpares because although item I ordered did not fit my requirement, when i requested a return label and was willing to pay the postage I was told not to bother to send item back as that would be uneconomical for them. A charity shop will benefit!
