    Great help from the company to find the part I needed 10 July 2015

    I got great help from their 'on line chat' service. I couldn't find the serial number on their lists, but that was sorted quickly, then the part number wasn't clear. Again they uploaded a picture with parts numbers which quickly identified the part I needed - I paid, it arrived and was installed within 5 minutes.. Nice job...thanks

    Excellent Service 09 May 2013

    The staff were incredibly helpful in identifying the required part: they sent an "exploded" diagram of the dishwasher with all parts numbered. Even though out of stock when ordered, the part arrived just a few days later and was fitted in less than two minutes. There was a second strip in the packet which I still don't know what it is or where it goes - maybe one day all will become clear! Still, I got the bit I needed at a competitive price and only eSpares went the extra mile to give me the confidence that I was ordering the right part. I would definitely use them again.

I have a BOSCH ClassiXX and I need to replace the seal that is visible on the outside of the dishwasher when you open the dishwasher door 1 Answer

Does this fit at the bottom of the door and can be seen from the outside just before you close the door? 1 Answer

If this is the part, our sealing has split and as you close the door rubs against it and is off white in colour. We have a Bosch SL1509B.

Mis-sold item and I can't get a refund
I purchased a product that was advertised as in stock with a next day delivery service. This was false information. After I had paid and the delivery date had elapsed I had to contact the company who informed me that the items was not in stock and they could not offer next day delivery. I asked for a refund for the item and the delivery. and their response was "Although we will try our best to get the order cancelled there is a small chance it may still get dispatched, in which case we will provide a pre-paid label so you can send the item back to us free of charge." I am still chasing my refund.

Slightly disappointed
The fridge bottle shelf I'd ordered came very quickly but, when it arrived, I found a dark "scuff" mark on the front. I didn't have time to send it back and get a replacement so had to install it immediately and hope that the mark would come out later with a bit of Jif or similar. Disappointed, as I feel that whoever despatched it should have noticed the mark and sent me a different one.

Shelf for fridge/freezer

Hundreds of pounds saved!
The element had gone on my 15 year old cooker and I anticipated having to pay hundreds to buy a new one. However my lovely neighbour said if I got a new element from eSpares he would fit it.
