We believe this belt can be very difficult to fit, Try soaking it in very hot water to soften it before stretching into position. There may be a fitting tool for this but we have not been able to identify this.

Answer this question

Qualcast lawnraker 32 Ordered new belt and when fitted seemed to do the trick but then stopped and doesn't work now. Pinion (is that the right word?) still turns but belt does not.

It is not possible to give specific guidance without seeing your product. It is possible the belt has burnt through due to wear or jamming of the rake tyne bar. Reexamine and make sure the tyne bar rotates freely.
