Were getting water into our Zanussi washing machine ZWF12070W1 but the softener section of the draw wont empty, I have removed the Housing and the draw taken the top off and cleaned off a lot of black mold. I ran a 30 degree hand wash cycle but the softener part of the draw didn't empty, Any idea's please?
