How should I fit the above glass in to the oven door , which side up ? Both sides are fire heated resistance? 1 Answer

Any painted surface should be away from the oven cavity as it may be effected by contact with grease.

Hi, this glass doesn't have a metal surround - it's simply a rectangular piece of glass that comprises the inner side of the door to the oven.
