Brita Maxtra Water Filter - Pack of 6

The Brita Maxtra filter cartridge are designed to reduce limescale that may be present in tap water, as well as chlorine and other impurities. The result is crisp, clean, great-tasting water.

It is made up of lots of black and white compounds which when water is passed through, removes the impurities from the water. The black is activated carbon which reduces chlorine, other impurities and improves the colour, while the white is iron exchange which reduces heavy metals including lead, copper and aluminium.

This in turn will improve the taste and smell of tap water, allowing you to use it for everything from cooking, to making hot or cold drinks, you can even use it in your iron! Reducing the limescale in water will help prolong the lifetime and performance of whatever appliance you use it with.

These filters are made from BPA-free plastic and are also 100% recyclable.

It is recommended that you change the filter every 4 weeks to maintain the crisp clean taste.
