I changed the brush bar assembley head but the brush bar still doesn't spin. Do I need to change the brush bar switch? If so, is it the same as the power on off switch? 1 Answer

The brush bar switch operates to turn the brush off when the handle is in the upright position. As you look down it should be on the left side of the ball.
I have changed the brush bar and motor, I've also replaced the on/off switch and brush switch at the top. This is my last option. Also is it complicated to remove the old one and replace it? Thanks for any help you can offer :-)

This switch should open and close depending on whether the cleaner is in the 'being used' position or the 'parked position'. Check the switch changes and is not being fowled by dirt or debris. Replace if required.

This is fitted to Stock Number: ES1085593 on the left side of the ball when looking from above.
Where does this upright switch fit? Does it have any influence on non-operation of the brush motor

This switch is described as a 'Upright Switch' and we think it turns off the brush bar motor when the cleaner is parked in the upright position.
