My strummer appears to br Reflex not reflex plus and has the spool housing in the body of the machine 1 Answer
The line has wrapped itself round the inside of the spool - ie up inside the body and releasing this is my problem - Help

Try rotating the spool anti clockwise to unjam the line. it may be necessary to prise the spool out with a flat blade like a screwdriver or paint scraper. Ultimately you may end up breaking parts to unjam, check which parts are available for your model before committing to breaking a part to release.
