Tricky to fit 01 December 2015

Next day delivery exceptional. Packaged properly and no damage. Spare jubilee clip very useful. Had to dismantle underneath of dishwasher to get reasonable access to part. Online video certainly helped with that. Useful to take photo's of all electrical connections as it is a bit of a rats nest of wires.

cure for lower arm not spraying 04 August 2014

purchased as upper arm was working constantly but lower arm did not spray there is a rotary valve in this assembly that was at fault hence you have to purchase whole heater unit- NOW fitting!!! it is easy if you know how! there are videos on you tube took 2 hrs in total beware of sharp edges (ie sump frame when removing sump) it saves time to either video or take photos of electrical connections parts! and position of things also lay screws on a4 paper identify where they came from! at each stage and finally was pleased as it cured fault!! bonus noticed dishwasher is more "hotter" powerful! one happy wife end result! (for now!)

    New dishwasher 30 May 2014

Should have instructions included as this item is a nightmare to fit. It is located below the sump at the bottom of the dishwasher and dishwasher was in many bits. Once back together it did not solve the problem of the top spray arm pressure so cut my losses and bought a new dishwasher. Should have done this in the first place.

It is likely the heater can blow the board, you will need to test it with a meter to determine if it has failed.

We do not have an exploded view as the part is supplied complete, if the element is not working it would need to be replaced.
