      Trade beware! Arrived - eventually.
      Site made to look like they're in UK, they're not. Site says 3-4 day delivery, it's not. The goods I ordered were well packaged, all correct and at a slightly better price. Unfortunately it took them a week to hand to the German courier and I guess the Brexit customs fiasco didn't assist, but another week to receive. All in all, I got a good deal. Just as well I had more pressing things to do that start the task that required these parts though. Had they been honest and obvious regarding the reality of the timescale I would probably have used them anyway, but not had false hopes for my own dairy. I would still use them again, possibility, but keep in mind what they take UK customers for.

      Poor Delivery
      1st class service spoilt by the paid for next day delivery service (Friday). Courier attempted delivery but did not ring the doorbell bell just knocked on the door which was not heard, did not leave parcel but returned 3 days later (Monday) and made delivery.

      Fridge bottle shelf replacement.
      I was put in touch with eSpares by the local kitchen suppliers shop as being quicker and less money. Finding the correct part was simple ,payment easy and delivery earlier than expected. Packaged well and no damage. Very good service.

      Check for ALL options
      Searched using appliance make and model, found and ordered drive belt which duly arrived as expected. Belt appeared to be far too small, so re-searched and found that there were actually THREE options, the one we had, and two of the correct size, one produced by the manufacturer and one a 'pattern'. Had to pay additional postage to get the correct size the next day to avoid further delays. Otherwise very good, just a shame the search engine didn't advise that there were two different sizes for the one appliance model.

      Simplicity
      Our fridge middle shelf leading trim split at end where it forms lug to rest on ledge. Went on to laptop to see what was available,and was pleasantly surprised to see eSpares had trim available separately, and in stock. Simple site to navigate and understand. I noticed fault, and within an hour, the parts had been verified and ordered! Arrived a couple of days later with Royal Mail, problem sorted. Will use this site again definitely.
